This is my third baby so I'm already showing too. It's all the bloating and stretching. My last child I was five months pregnant and everyone thought I was going to deliver any day now. I just laughed. Both my boys were 8 lbs 13 oz and 8 lbs 11 oz so it's not like they were tiny either.
