Don’t get me wrong I’m grateful

I had a friend and a cousin give us some stuff they had for the baby. They’re both done having kids. I was so excited! We got a rock and play from my cousin and a friend gave us a high chair seat that attaches to a normal chair. So grateful for thoughtful people 🙌🏻🙌🏻

The only thing is I noticed after my husband picked them up that they were dirty. Not like dusty dirty but the high chair liner wasn’t washed. Milk/food crusted on to it and the safety straps all have to be removed and scrubbed for food dried in the fabric. The rock and play is the same thing. There’s crumbs and whatever else crusted into the seams.

Im still so grateful for the items but if I ever gave something to someone I would give it a thorough wipe down first. I just think it’s odd they didn’t. But than again maybe they didn’t think of it?
