Postpartum anxiety
Anybody dealing with postpartum anxiety? My baby can be very safe and being watched but I hear a toy fall I literally JUMP and my heart starts beating out my chest. and I just laugh at myself but I’m like why am I so scared and jumpy or I feel like I need to check baby every 2 minutes. She’s our second and I wasn’t even like this with my first. Yeesh 😅😅😅
