Bleeding and fingering

Yesterday me and my significant other were having fun and we had sex and he got off so then after he fingered me so I could get off as well but the next day I noticed there was some blood mixed with discharge. Normally I get Bacterial vaginitis after sex or my period cuz it throws off my ph balance so I’ll use boric acid suppositories after sex but since I’m bleeding I don’t think I should use them. Anyone else deal with this before? It doesn’t hurt, it just feels a little irritated
