Moms on Call?

Hi! Does anyone have the asleep schedule from the Moms on Call toddler book? We are dropping a nap and curious as to what the schedule looks like. Thank you!

i didn’t look up any schedules or anything, i just decided to drop the second nap as it was taking my boy over 30mins to go to sleep and he’d only be down for 30 mins.
but we do wake up around 7ish and do milk and breakfast. snack around 10 or so, lunch at 12, then nap straight after. if he doesn’t wake up himself, i won’t let him sleep past 3pm. milk and snack after he’s woken up. dinner around 5:30, then milk before bedtime, around 7/7:30. works for us!
