Has anyone stopped drinking caffeine since they found out they are pregnant?

Went to my doctor today, and she said at least for the first trimester don't drink any!

I know they say 200mg is safe, but I am doing a better safe than sorry thing until I'm out of the first tri *knock on wood*

I usually only have one cup of coffee with cream and sugar. And usually I don't even finish the whole cup.

I miss my sweet tea but yes i quit.

I was never a coffee drinker to begin with, and if I ever drink soft drinks now I get Sprite or Sierra Mist, which are caffeine free. I do, however, still order sweet tea when I go to restaurants. Can't help it, and it's within the allotted amount anyway 😋
