Nervous

I had sex twice this month. I made sure to do it after my predicted ovulation since my pill might not be completely effective since I had breakthrough bleeding last month. Both times used a condom the entire time, he pulled out without even being close to finishing (I jerked him off after putting my pants back on) , and we even filled up the condoms we used with water to make sure there were no holes which there were none. Am I safe from pregnancy?
