Poop question for my breastfeeding mommas

So río has definitely had solids before but he seems to have super soft poop or diarrhea pretty often. I breastfeed him all throughout the day and night still. Eggs and cheese seem to really bug his tummy so I stay away from that. However, his dad feeds him some dairy and egg every now and then and I definitely see a correlation to his extra diarrhea days. But sometimes he doesn’t have any of that and it still seems to be quite soft. I wonder if it’s from breastmilk? Do your babies have soft or mushier poop more often than not?

I want to take him into the doctors but I wonder if this is normal. He’s also teething and I know some people say it causes that so 🤷🏻‍♀️
