Late Ovulation

I had Skyla removed in July. Since then I’ve had 2 periods (first one very light, most recent one was heaviest I’ve ever had). My cycle is pretty regular at 29 days.

I have Hashimoto’s and my endocrinologist recommended I use OPKs to make sure I am ovulating. Well I tried it for 10 days around the middle of my cycle and never ovulated. I’m in tune with my body and had mild cramping and sore breasts today. I also had egg white CM so I decided to try another test today and it came back positive. The thing is that today is CD 23. Has this happened to any of you? Ovulating so late.
