Pain after he eats me out.

It’s happened twice now. The first time he went to eat me out and after about 5 minutes my whole vagina started to hurt. Like a heavy pressure. We had sex right before and I felt no pain only when he ate me out. He wasn’t rough or anything. I hardly felt it tbh 🙄 but still it hurts and it happens again tonight. I went to the doctors but she said it’s just irritation but we’ve been together a year and it’s never happened before. I dont know what to do.
