I think I burned my lungs with bleach

Yeah I’m gonna make a doctors appointment tomorrow.

But anyways listen to what I did to myself last night. I was cleaning my bathroom with bleach, and what I do is I mix water and bleach in a spray bottle and use that to sanitize everything. Well, last night I dropped the full bottle and then slipped and fell and spilled the Clorox bleached all over myself and my bathroom floor. My eyes started burning and I started coughing and I opened my bathroom window and turned a fan on to air it out and then of course washed the bleach off my skin first thing, it was burning so I stripped down and sprayed myself off and started coughing so i finished up and then went outside and started breathing in the fresh air.

I got so dizzy.. I was like high so I laid down and when I woke up it felt like my lungs were being ripped apart when I breathed. I forgot to mention, I’m an asthmatic. So I have my inhalers and I have my nebulizer and I got that out and started using the nebulizer treatment. When I was using it, I started coughing crap up. So much mucus was breaking up and coming out. I feel a lot better after that.

But I think I hurt myself by inhaling bleach fumes and I’m scared
