Ladies who overcame that guilty feeling of pleasuring yourself, how did you do it?
I’ve struggled with this for a while. My ex shamed me for it (even though he felt free to do it in MY bed every morning ugh)
My fiancé is very supportive of me taking care of myself. And sometimes it’s okay. Mostly I still have to stop early on because I just feel so gross about myself.
