What is this I noticed it on my son under his neck and a lil on his Lower back ?? He’s 11 months

Could it be from a fever he had a fever on Sunday Monday Tuesday from an ear infection but he is now better with the antibiotics he was given could it be from having fevers not sure should I take him to his doctor or not what cream should I put on him
