Monday I had my 6 weeks pp visit. They checked my stomach, incision and checked down below too. Was cleared and told “see you at your yearly”.

Last night I went to a consignment sale for kids and stood for probably 3 hours. Last night I was sleeping on my stomach (which I’ve been doing). Baby starting making noise in his bassinet so I sat up to see him and had a sharp pain on my left side. And then this morning (I think it’s unrelated to the pain last night), my vagina is sooooo sore. And it feels like my muscles on my “pelvic floor” are what’s sore? Idk.

Has anyone had this feeling this far postpartum? Should I call my doctor??
