14 weeks 5 days back pain?

Hi everyone! I’m currently 14 weeks and 5 days and I just started having lower back pain 😩 I’ve read that it’s normal around this time but I just need some reassurance. I haven’t had any bleeding or anything, this just started a few minutes ago..it almost feels like gas but it kinda hurts to walk or bend forward. Can anyone share their experience with this? 💕

I have been seeing a chiropractor my whole pregnancy and I highly recommend!! She has been such a lifesaver to me. I've had awful back and hip pain and she fixes me right up haha

i had a lot of trapped gas and gas build up during my 10th-15th week and the pain was insufferable and gave me back pain too, my best advice is to walk atleast 30minutes a day and to lay down on your right side for a few minutes then roll over to your left to release any trapped gas

I have major pains throughout the day and I am suspecting pelvic girdle pain which would require help from a physiotherapist or a chiropractor. You should take this up with a doctor or a midwife just to discuss whether it's just gas, round ligament pain or possibly PGP so that you can get the right assistance to ease the pains. None of the above mentioned should affect your baby. :)
