Should I go to the ER?

So when I was a baby my umbilical cord got tied wrong and I have had a blue bubble on my belly button ever since. The doctor when I was younger told me I couldn’t get it removed. Well today when I was playing with it stuff started coming out like it was a cyst. Reminded me of Dr pimple popper.

I’m also 6 weeks pregnant and I don’t know if this is something that would effect it.
