Anyone else experience painful random cramps while pregnant?

I haven’t had any cramps really at all the entire pregnancy, but recently I’ve been pretty busy and haven’t gotten much rest. This morning i was walking my dog at 7 am after only getting 5-6 hours of sleep, when I suddenly got these cramps that were getting worse.. it felt like really bad period cramps and it started to make my legs give out. I immediately called my boyfriend from work and we went to the ER. I wasn’t bleeding at all, and the pain subsided. I got an ultrasound at the hospital and blood work done, they said everything looked perfect and it could just be normal pregnancy cramps since I’m having twins and haven’t been relaxing as much as I should be. Yesterday I was busy all day with cleaning, laundry, I cleaned my whole car and vacuumed it out and didn’t get much sleep or eat much would could have caused it. I’m just glad that it wasn’t anything out of the ordinary and my cervix measured perfect and so did the babies, their heart rates were 144 and 147. Has anyone else had some random cramps out of nowhere and it was nothing? I never knew that some pregnancy cramps could be so painful 😂
