Online school with K12

Does anyone else have kids in K12? What are your opinions on it I have a 5th grader in K12. Just wanting other parents thoughts and opinions. This is our first year he barely started on the 8th but to me I feel like they give the kids soo much work. I’m gonna try to ride it out and see but if it don’t work out I’ll have to enroll him back into public school in person I’m also feeling overwhelmed because I don’t wanna fail my child with myself not knowing what’s going on some days, I also have a 3 and 2 year old who are constantly needing my attention I’m starting to think I made the wrong decision also masks are mandatory in school right now, in texas and there has already been teachers and students with Covid at the school he was going too.
