How do I kill those bad habits?
I find myself doing really well working out and eating healthy and then I'll have a super crazy day where I'll opt for a quick unhealthy meal and early bedtime instead of workout. Soon I'm back into eating junk food and being a couch potato. How can I stay on track and kick these bad habits to the curb?
