Should I go to urgent care?

According to my last period, I would be 13 weeks along, but I just found out. I’ve been heavily smoking and some drinking without knowing I was pregnant. Nowhere near me is open tomorrow (Saturday) as a walk-in or a planned parenthood, would it be ok to go to urgent care tomorrow to make sure everything is ok? I’m so nervous that I’ve messed up my baby 😭

Urgent care isn’t the right place. You’re best to make an appointment with your doctor, get tests to confirm the pregnancy and then be referred for an ultrasound to check how baby is going. The effects of smoking and drinking may not be visible until birth though, if there are any.

I wouldn’t worry or stress so much about it. 
Go to your doctor and get a referral to an OB, so they can start your prenatal care hun. It’s your best option. Also I would mention your OB about smoking and drinking.
Like I said I wouldn’t worry too much about it, my cousin who couldn’t get pregnant for 15 years, she didn’t know she was pregnant as well. She was 6 months along when she noticed her stomach was growing and had no symptoms. Girl she drinks a lot and was smoking Cuban cigars lol Like I said, she didn’t know she was pregnant and stopped right away. Her now 3 year old girl came out super healthy.

Get to your doctor and speak to them
They are professionals and can give you medicinal advice
Stressing now will only cause stress on babe
