Target and Carters. Carters is having their clearance sale right now. If you buy off-season and plan ahead, you can get some really good deals. Target has my favorite toddler pants. Carters has my favorite pajamas and onesies. Costco also has some good basics.

Walmart! Walmart clothes are nice quality and super cheap! Great for when they are only spending a few months in a size!

Once Upon a Child. It's a store with used, good-quality baby/toddler/kid clothes and items for super cheap. If you have one near you, it's worth looking into! I usually get shirts for like $2 and pants for $3. Pajamas are $4.50.
