Cramping/Charlie horses in c section scar area?

I often get terrible cramps at what feels like deeper layers of my c section from 2.5 years ago. Currently 34 weeks. I’m always afraid this may mean something bad or that I may rupture. I just want my vbac! Is this normal?

I get those a lot! So painful. My 2nd c section is scheduled for 10/22 so I can only imagine how much more painful it will be after 2! 
However, my friend who has given birth vaginally gets the same pains. She thinks it’s an ovary cramp/spasm...
So who knows! But I’m with ya, they hurt like a B!
