Help !!!!!

So for the past week I have been Constipated bad . Normally when I go travel somewhere it happens to me for the first day and then I’m fine . This has been a problem for a straight week now with little bowel moments but not enough . I’ve taken stool softeners ,ate prunes and took MiraLAX and still nothing . I’m going to take some more miralax this morning but I don’t if it will work .

Any one else getting this constipated at 16 weeks or in general?? Any ideas to help ?
