Is this a yeast infection or....

I’m prone yeast infections and they’re usually uncomfortable but somewhat minor. I got of my cycle a couple days ago and felt the familiar burning and itching as it got worse then came the familiar dry cracked skin the only difference is the discharge. I know that with yeast infections it’s common to find white clumps in discharge but I’ve NEVER seen clumps this thick. It looks like cheese curds. Is this possible for a yeast infection or could it be something else. I’m VERY VERY CAREFUL when having sex and I don’t do it often either. What could this be ? 😕 I’m TERRIFIED
