Need advice

I know y'all are not medical personnel and I have an appointment Tuesday. Last Friday I had sex with my boyfriend(10yrs). Last Sunday I ran out of my normal body wash so used bath and body shower gel. Monday just felt like irritation and had more discharge than usual but brushed it off. Tuesday started to have itching and discharge still there and noticed a rash near my groin area what I'm assuming was due to the discharge. The rash is uncomfortable. Discharge has no smell. I called my doctor and what I described they said it sounded like a yeast infection (white discharge and itchiness) i took the one pill they prescribed for me and said if my symptoms don't get better to call back which I did. This morning I woke to white discharge again but when I wiped it looked like the picture. Has a slight odor but not strong or fishy. Could it be a std? No rude comments please
