First time doing IVF - any helpful resources?

Hi everyone! My doctor put me on BC on CD3 yesterday to expedite our <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> process and add some predictability as well. I wanted to ask if you had any helpful books, sites, resources that worked for you and helped you through the process?

Any help would be super appreciated! Feeling a little nervous and praying and hoping that everything would work out for us! Thanks in advance!

I am with you we are also going for IVF and I started taking BC from 4september . What special you are doing in this journey. Let me know what vitamins are you taking

We have a monthly IVF group on this app and right now we’re all in the August & September IVF/FET 2020 group. Lot’s of wonderful women going through this exact thing. Also, if you haven’t already, I recommend buying the book “It Starts with the Egg” for some really good supplement suggestions. Definitely start taking 600 mg CoQ10 per day. My dr also suggested melatonin and ovasitol powder for egg health, but you should ask your RE what they recommend. Good luck!
