Husband doesn’t want to have sex

My husband’s sex drive is normally low because of his autoimmune disease and the medication he’s on but since pregnant i feel it’s reduced further and he doesn’t care if he has sex or not. Before falling pregnant 90% of the time it’s me who use to initiate sex or say let’s have sex today. He could happily last months without having sex but I feel like that’s starting to affect me now. I love him dearly and I have tried communicating with him but he gets emotional about his illness so I feel bad and try not to raise it anymore. But it does make me think will I just have to get use to satisfying my self cos after kids and with his age increasing (He’s only 32 FYI) I doubt his sex drive will increase. Am I the only one In this situation? What have you ladies tried, who are going through similar situations?
