Help with latching

Anyone have any tips on getting my 2 week old to latch?

We had her on formula bc of low blood sugar and trouble latching in the hospital. I have fairly flat nipples and she was 3 weeks early.

She is on 100% breast milk since we came home but still has trouble latching so I mostly pump and we use a bottle. I try to get her to latch using a nipple shield and she will nurse for a bit and then fall asleep. I try to switch sides and she typically gives up but then will take close to 60ml from a bottle immediately after. So I know she is getting something from nursing (she typically eats 70-80ml) but I really want her to get used to my breasts and be willing to nurse more than take the bottle.

Anyone else have this issue and get their baby to finally nurse??
