Panic mode😬.. I didn’t notice any implantation bleeding .. is it ok ?? Please guide

Definitely positive. Implantation bleeding is rare and some doctors believe that it is more of a myth than anything, so it definitely isn't something that is needed or even expected to happen. Congratulations.
