Baby measuring 2 weeks behind

So I went to my anatomy scan and was told we couldn’t see everything because baby was measuring 2 weeks behind and my fluid was low. I am scheduled for a level 2 ultrasound with MFM to check baby’s growth. Has anyone been told the baby was measuring small and was able to catch up to normal measurements?
