Heart rate
Does anyone monitor their own heart rate while pregnant? Mine with my first two pregnancies was always around 95-102 bpm. With this pregnancy, I’m averaging 75 bpm and the highest it’s been is 86. I’m not tired like I was with my first pregnancy which makes sense if my heart isn’t beating as fast all day long. What are your average heart rates?
