NuvaRing Opinions please?

I just today got the nuvaring. I’m going to instead it tomorrow morning. I’m new to the birth control community so any input on advice, concerns, stories, or inspiration is welcomed please!

I have used Nuva ring for years and I have loved it!! The first month is a little bumpy just like all birth controls but it has been absolutely amazing for me! I have very heavy periods and my cramps are terrible but with nuva ring it has made my periods happen almost to a t every 4 weeks on a dot. The best birth control I have ever used and will only ever use!

I love the Nuvaring! Just remember that when you put it in exactly 3 weeks later (if you want your period) you have to take it out on the same day of the week and time you put it in. It might irritate you a bit down there but your body will get use to it. If you can feel it it’s not in far enough. I had eczema before starting birth control and in the beginning the ring made it so much worse but I stayed on it and it cleared it up within a few months and now I don’t even have it. I’ve had no weight gain, acne none of it. It’s lightened my period and shortened it by 3 days. And I never get cramps anymore.
