Best friends husband buying me lingerie for birthday..

It was my birthday yesterday and my best friend of 8 years’s husband brought me lingerie for my birthday along with a normal present from my best friend.. Im 22 happily married with 2 kids. He is 28 married with 4 kids.. I dunno what to do? How weird is this? My husband doesnt know yet.
