Help meee

Hi gals sooo I have been with my partner since I was 15 I am about to be 24 and we have been trying since we were about 18 I know that sounds crazy but I feel seriously like I was BORN to be a mother and not being able to get pregnant and almost all my friends be on baby number 3 is just all becoming to much, so we try and try. Today I went pee and it was like discharge with blood I shouldn’t start my period for about another week ? Could this be a sign of implantation bleeding ? Or maybe an early period ?
