If i ovulate late, will implatation happen sooner?
I had glow tell me I ovulated on the 10th, but from my tests I ovulated on the 13th. My period is due on the 24th. 
Does this mean implantation would happen by then or could i still have a negative test on the first few days of my missed period and be pregnant?

No. Ovulation determines your cycle length. If you normally have a 28 day cycle and ovulate on 14, but then you ovulate 10 days late on CD24, your cycle will be 38 days because ovulation was late. Implantation happens 6-12 days after ovulation, regardless of when ovulation occurs.

I ovulate late and have my periods still show up about the same time every month. So I have a short luteal phase (10-11 days) and because of that I do not think I am able to get pregnant again

If your test was positive on the 13th then you probably ovulated on the 14th and your period would be due on the 28th.
Ovulating late affects where your period is due, so technically yes can also affect implantation too.  For example, had you ovulated on 10th like glow says and period due 24th loke glow says then implantation could occur anywhere from 16th Sept to 22nd Sept.
If you ovulated on the 14th like your tests suggest then implantation would occur anywhere from 20th Sept to 26th sept
