How long did it take for to get pregnant after Depo?

I was on the Paragard IUD (HORMONE FREE) for 7 years and had it removed July 2019. My fiancé and I were trying from July-Nov with no luck and had to stop trying due to plans in 2020. I got on the Depo shot for only 3 months ( meaning I got 1 shot and was protected for 3 months). I was suppose to get my second shot in Feb and decided against it and my fiancé and I have been trying since Feb. Between the 4 months we were trying at the end of last year and then the 7 months I’ve been currently trying. I’m really feeling defeated. How long did it take for you to get a positive?

I was on the depo for 9 months and didn’t get my period for a year after coming off. It’s the worst when it comes to getting your cycle back/TTC right after.

Here's my journey with depo:
× was on it for 2 years then stopped in August  of 2018 
× had irregular periods from March of 2019 until August of 2019 (they stopped all together in August)
× went to the doctor and told him I was trying to get pregnant and told him my depo experience so he gave me progesterone to start my periods and I started it in December and it started my period and ovulation cycle back within the month and I got pregnant in early January. 
From my personal experience I will NEVER take that birth control again

19 months and three rounds of clomid. I got pregnant no problem before going on the depo. But afterwards was a struggle.
