Do you have breast implants?

I was wondering if any women have breast implants before pregnancy and how they looked after.... I'm worried my real breast will sort of sag off below my implants, haha.

My cousin has a few friends with implants and theirs are fine after having kids.

I'm 34 weeks so I haven't had my baby yet....but I seriously feel like my boobs just keep looking better ! Haha

Under the muscle implants and pregnant with second. Breastfed the first and will again. If anything they just look more natural
