Should I be worried?

I had a little brown discharge this morning when I wiped. Cramping since the day before tomorrow, but not painful and way less than usual period cramps. No nausea and breasts hurt less than usual. I'm 5 weeks tomorrow and doctor's appointment not until 2 weeks.
This is my first pregnancy that ended in miscarriage all over again...

This is my second pregnancy since April, first ended in a MMC. This pregnancy I have been having brown spotting on and off for about 2 weeks now with some mild cramping on and off as well. The cramping has not been intense at all, just aware it's there. 
I called my doctor yesterday because I saw a little fresh blood in the toilet after I went pee, but there was no blood when I wiped... It was weird. The doctors gave me the answer I knew they would, just monitor everything and call if it gets worse. Other than that, I just have to wait it out until my appointment next Monday. 
I'm really trying to hope for the best but it really hard when my first ended in a MC as well.

I wouldn't be worried. Brown means old blood. Ask your midwife if you are still concerned.
