Just wondering if anyone has been though this

I came off implant on June 1st, had a bleed for couple days in June and my last period was July 25th for about 9 days and on the 12th of August I went to loo and wiped there was a tiny bit of pink blood and that was it, i have had loads of discharge since and no more blood since had a few faint lines but more negatives had a few symptoms of sore boobs and cramps, im at my wits end got doctors calling me Wednesday.
