Looking through her legs?

My daughter has started putting her head on the ground, butt up in the air and looking through her legs. Sometimes she puts her hands back through her legs and tries to just balance on her head. 
Is this normal?

Yes... ours started doing this after 1 yr bday... just once a while

Haha when my babies do this, I pick them up by the hips off the floor a couple inches and sway back and forth like an upside-down swing. It always produces a belly laugh.
