Anxiety

I need help... my thoughts constantly consume me and I have no idea how to cope. I’m 22 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I just wanna be better.

I’ve tried yoga and meditation, I’ve tried music, I’ve tried light exercise like walking.

I always need a schedule, and everything must go the way that schedule is made up.

I’ve lost all passion for things I used to love like painting and being outdoors. I literally feel like I have bricks tied to my ankles and I’m struggling to keep my head above water.

My mind is literally my own worst enemy😩
