i need advice🛑🛑

hi,i just turned 19 i've been trying to conceive for the past 6/7 months with my fiancé ofc and nothing yet it gets me sad, i cry and everything,when i get to see the pregnancy tests come back negative. any advice or ideas on how i can try to hurry up the process? i'd be a first time mommy if i end up conceiving 😓
