If you read up the statistics on the sweep they more often dont work than do.

I’ve never had one but my cousin had 2 done. One a week before her due date and one on her due date. She went into labor later the same day as the 2nd sweep and ended up having a c section

It only worked with my first son/pregnancy. I had to be induced the other two times because the membrane sweep didn’t do anything. It just depends on your body and if baby is ready to come lol
