Is this normal?

I got my BFP yesterday at 12dpo and have been cramping really bad for a couple days in my back and my vagina area. I’m absolutely terrified that I’m having a chemical. Is constant cramping normal? It’s a dull ache, not anything that keeps me up at night and no bleeding.

Cramping is very normal. It's a good sign that it's not severe and there's no bleeding and it's likely nothing to worry about however if it does get unbearable or you start bleeding go get checked out.
