Antidepressants affecting masturbation?

Hi! I’ve been on flouxetine for a few years now with no changes, except I did go from 10mg to 20mg however that was months ago. Recently I’ve been struggling with masturbating. Before this, I had gotten so good at knowing what I like and pleasuring myself super well, and all of a sudden it just stopped working.. I thought it’d go away quickly but it’s been a little while.. could this be because of the antidepressants? Could I just start to be feeling side effects from them now even though ive been taking them for a while? I can bring myself to orgasm but they’re super small and not great. The way I usually masturbate is I have to keep building myself up and then stopping so that the pleasure increases, because I climax pretty quickly and without more of a build up it’s just not good.
