Morning sicknesd

I’m almost to 7 weeks and morning nausea I hit me hard, but I spend more time heaving over a toilet than actually throwing up. Is there anyway to just induce it so I can get it out and not be just spitting and coughing in the bathroom for 10 minutes before I finally throw up?
