Cold medicine while pregnant?

Its that time of year again where colds are passed around. My best friends son had a cold (he was tested for covid and was negative - just a common cold) and I babysat him while he was still sick. Now, I'm starting to come down with a runny nose and sore throat. I'm 24 weeks pregnant. Is it safe for me to take any sort of cold medicine? Or at least a decongestant?
