Formula closest to breast milk?

Unfortunately my milk is dipping pretty bad so I’m having to use some formula. But my baby HATES the taste and I don’t blame her. What’s the best formula closest to breast milk? Taste and what’s put into it. Organic is really preferred!

My sister used an goat milk formula for her daughter when they transitioned.  I think it was called Holle.  It was the only one her daughter would take.
