After pains

For mamas of at least 3, how do you cope with the postpartum contractions. They are killer and I take the afterease and ibuprofen. Still killing me. Especially when nursing. I know it’s important to contract after having baby, but man, I feel like I’m going into labor again. My baby is only 8 hours old 🥴
