Wondering about period sex?

Hey so I’ve been kinda wondering about trying period sex, and my boyfriend has expressed he’s willing to try it. Any tips or precautions I should know about? Thank you for any suggestions/tips!

For me it honestly isn’t too messy and it feels so much better, lol. But really, just keep a towel or something under you and keep baby wipes nearby for after, or take a shower after. I find that when I have sex on my period, my flow stops or slows down significantly.

put a towel down just in case. if ur flow is heavy that day there will be some blood but i’ve noticed when i’m on my lighter days of my period no blood comes out
